Had one adult and one young teenager to place flooring. Flooring is now coming apart.

I am sorry if you feel that way. I know sometimes the flooring can be damaged easily! In your case, one of the planks the finishing was pulling off. But remember that you choose and order the floor you liked yourself. We have nothing to do with that! When we finished the installation all the planks were done properly. Nothing had damage. You paid us at the end like every consumer we did before you. When you call us two weeks later, after moving your furniture and damage a plank, I had to make time to send the installer to repair a damage that had nothing to do with the installation! I didn't charge you. You had one only plank and we had to un

I couldn't be happier with the job this company did!!! Arthur and his helper were very professional and their work - excellent!! They picked up flooring from store, removed and discarded old carpet, moved furniture, laid flooring and quarter round, cleaned up, moved back furniture and at an excellent price!! They both were clean and polite! I HIGHLY recommend this company!!! Thanks, Arthur
