It is too bad that there is only a limit of a 5 Star rating as certainly this company deserves a 10. They arrived when they said they wood, their work was impeccable and a total protection of my plants and property. A fantastic and efficient crew that completed my roofing in one day and added additional vents without additional cost. From first meeting Mike for the estimate and is their Superintendent of the project and then meeting the owner, Dan, who insisted that I review the final work to see if I was satisfied with the work, the overall work was a truly professional experience. If you are looking to have your roof replaced along with your gutters, you couldn’t find a more quality company.

Finding a good honest contractor is almost like winning the lottery these days. So whenever a good contractor emerges i feel everyone should know about it. I had 4 roofing companies quote me on my roof in North Riverside, two of the big companies which i will keep nameless were asking for an insane amount . So insane it was almost insulting. A neighbor recommended Davis roofing and i could not be more grateful. From the moment Dan came to my home and examined my roof i felt he was genuine! Besides him giving me a fair price for a top of the line shingle he also showed me other options for a lower cost. He left me samples with no pressure to make a deal on the spot like other companies i dealt with. We then chose a color and signed the contract few days later. We could not be happier with our new roof. The entire crew was extremely professional, they covered the surrounding area of the house and garage for debris. Having small kids and a dog i carefully checked their work after and found only one nail. For those of you who have never had work done on their home. Finding just one nail after a home project is close to impossible. These guys are the real deal and deserve to be praised!

I hired Davis Construction to perform my roof installation after interviewing four different contractors. Their price was competitive, though not the lowest estimate I received. Their installation was completed in a single day and they did a reasonable job of cleaning up. Some nails and smaller bits got left behind in the yard, but I suppose it would be a lot to expect that they would be able to clean up everything. My only complaint is their communication skills. They were not very good at communicating with me and this was frustrating especially in the age of email.

Davis successfully installed an attic power fan. Due to a blown fuse, I needed to have an electrician mount the control box and replace the fuse.
