We do not recommend Freedom Development, LLC, to build your new home. We were very unhappy with this company's work. Our new home construction started in June 2019, and the contract said the house should have been completed within 7 months ( by January 2020), but it was not. It was supposedly *completed* in May 2020, but with multiple defects, various Florida Building Code violations, and general poor workmanship. Unfortunately, the county inspectors missed many of the defects, although they have tried to work with us to get them fixed. Building a house with this company was a nightmare. We finally hired a third party expert contractor who discovered the incorrectly installed: roof, siding, door, and flashing, among other issues. We sent Frank Myers (the owner and contractor) numerous emails and text messages, over the course of several months. We requested that he address the multiple defects and issues. Then, Mr. Myers just turned our house keys over to our lender (leaving our house unlocked) and said his job was done. He did not give us a chance to do a final walkthrough/inspection, and we are now faced with the cost of fixing the defects ourselves or filling a lawsuit (maybe both). This company breached our contract and built our house below our lowest expectations. We strongly suggest you find another contractor to build your home.

Frank Myers and his team are the most professional contractors I have worked with. I used his company for my bathroom remodel in 2017 and then again when my home required major home repairs for a roof/chimney/stucco leak while I was deployed this year. The home repairs were major and insurance didn't cover anything. When I contacted them for the job, the recognized the urgency of the matter and immediately responded and reworked their schedule to help address the immediate issues. They don't cut corners and made sure that everything was done well and to code and within a reasonable budget. It is an absolute pleasure working with his crew and would hands down use them for any home improvement or repair work that I had. I have referred them to friends multiple times already.

Outstanding! Excellent customer focus. Great communication throughout the process from design to completion. They listen carefully to the customer to ensure you get what you want. In my case they built a new detached brick veneer garage with shop area and HVAC. They worked with me to ensure that the shingles, brick and trim paint matched my existing house. The quality of all the construction was first rate. All of the workers worked diligently and efficiently. The price paid was a good value. I would not hesitate to have them do another project.

My experience with Freedom Development and Zack Meyers was very positive from the first contact. I hired them to do repair work on my Mother's house and Zack kept me apprised of the progress every step. Very professional and the work was the quality that I expected.

I have done lots of remodel projects over the years and this was by far the best experiene ever. Not only was Frank Meyers professional, considerate and concerned with meeting my needs, everyone who worked with him was the same. I would never consider using anyone else but Frank Meyers in the future. He is simply the best.
