Mr. Steve the owner is very professional Gentlemen and stays in contact with you before and after the job is complete. Chris and Clay the Technicians are extremely knowledgeable about the job. Great product, polite and professional. One thing I would have like was the small square holes behind my DVD wall mounted stands to be covered by a wall plate. But, other than that small issue, great job!!!

I would like my appliance to work after the contractor leaves. Coming and going several times did not make me feel like they can get it done. Seems like it was a lot of guess work.

"Thank you for your communication in this matter we try to please all of our customers but sometimes things or impossible to solve without return trips. It is my understating that parts needed to be ordered and we have no control over the length of times it takes to get the parts. Your TV needed parts that were not available thru the maker so we had to order from third parties. Sorry that we didn't meet your expectations. The TV repair is a diagnosis in most cases we try the least expensive route for the customer and that should have been conveyed by technician. We will do our best to accommodate a resolution. It was our first time going through HomeAdvisor. The tech was very friendly and very experienced. He went above and beyond the call of duty. Everything looks perfect.
