Write a ReviewThe worker sent to my home was one of the most unprofessional, argumentative people I've ever experienced. Neither worker introduced themselves so I don't know their names. I was not aware that Jarret the owner who provided the quote would not be performing the work, which is fine. When he arrived there was no introduction of names, the worker smelled of smoke and dirt and started the conversation by saying that the quote and work order was incomplete and he had no idea as to what work he was to perform. I began by showing him the electric panel that needs to be relocated, I then proceeded to take him to the back patio to show the meter area, the door was open to the studio apartment and he began to cut through the apartment to the back patio without any regard of walking through the home just because the door was open, rather than waiting for me to open the fence gate. He provided every reason under the sun for why he would not be able to complete the job without me answering electrical questions for what size wire I want and what size AC units I will use as if I'm an experienced electrician. I reiterated several times that I've not purchased the AC's yet and am looking for expertise and advisement When I was explaining that I will be converting the garage into TWO rooms and would like separate breakers for each (one for the bedroom and one for the bath) he became argumentative on the topic of where I want to connect the existing single garage light which I explained is likely on another breaker with other items in the main house, again, tell me what you recommend. We were getting absolutely no where and when I asked if we need to reschedule to have you rewrite the work order, he immediately left as if he was relieved that he would not have to perform the work. In short this was a horrible and unprofessional experience!
This customer was not willing to cooperate with us very well. We did not want to charge him for an installation of electrical wiring and equipment without the knowledge of the units sizes. It makes a big difference. We are as organized as the acting contractor/ homeowner. Plans, architectural drawings and engineering are what is required in order for the correct decisions to be made. This client was not ready to have the electrical work completed. We always work with the customer to suit there needs.

Great Job
I highly recommend this company. They arrived when they said they would, they fixed my lighting problem and installed an outlet. The tech was professional and answered all my questions. Cost less than what they estimated. I am a happy camper and will refer them to others.
This was a very polite, respectful young man. He answered all questions and explained everything he did. We had an electrician back out of the job and J&L Sanchez were able to assist us in keeping the previous appointment time and assist in our inspection deadline. I will definitely hire and refer Jarrett for our electrician needs.
I highly recommend this company as they are true professionals. I made one phone call and they came out the next morning right on schedule. The work was done in an excellent manner and the cost was the same as their initial estimate.
Project still in progress but so far ok
The techs were able to help sort out our problems in getting service to a dock pedestal. Turns out the information we originally had was incorrect, but the boys were able to figure it out. Hopefully Duke Energy will have us up and running on the correct meter with the information which the boys were able to track down.
Got a call from Mr Sanchez within a few minutes and was very impressed right away. My job was rather small but I was treated as if it was a big job. The tech was on time and completed the job to my satisfaction within the original estimated time. Great company to work with.
