Wow! After having a contractor flake out on us we reached out to Brad at Modern Builders. Brad and his team were immediately responsive, they set up a time to come out and showed up on time and fully prepared to knock out the project. I had reached out to several companies, many of whom did not even bother sending a quote after they came by to give an estimate. Brad not only got back to us with an estimate when he said he would, he squeezed us into his schedule understanding we were in a timeline pinch. Brad’s estimate was very fair and he respected and stayed within our budget. The day that Brad and Andy showed up to actually complete the work they were both on time and put in some serious work. These guys gave 100% the entire 8 hours they were working. If you are looking for a company to come out and actually do what they say they will, look no further. We purchased a home that needed extensive work, much more than we ever imagined! Brad Endrizal with Modern Builder's Hawaii came to our rescue. He completely rebuilt our house, tearing down all walls, interior and exterior. Reconfigured our roof and added a front porch. He is creative in design in order to overcome existing flaws.
