Company divided into areas, each handling a different part of your job. Zero communication, terrible customer service, no call backs, no knowledge of others roles, follow through or company policies in place to offer a smooth transaction. Does not even know about the company that supplies windows as to when they closed due to holidays. Ordered windows in November, would arrived before Christmas (if company making windows were not closed for holidays) got in January. I could go on but who really cares.

They were courteous and did an excellent job removing the old door and installing the new sliding glass door.

They misplaced some small parts that covered the screw holes, then blamed the Manufacturer for not including them. I found them a few Weeks later, under my desk. It delayed my door painting and risked loss of guarantee. Other than that, they were prompt, friendly, and did excellent, as far as I can tell.

This company literally took our money and ran! The installer showed up 2 hours late with no help to install a 9 by 9 door! He broke the trim boards (which we now we need to paint), he broke the stucco (which took 2 weeks to get fixed and now we have to paint), and he scratched the door frame. Now we are waiting for the warranty company to call us in regards to the way the door sticks and doesn't close properly. This entire experience has been awful! I would never recommend this company to anyone! These people don't care about your purchase or your money. Do yourself a favor and spend your hard earned money somewhere it will be appreciated!

We signed a contract with Barry, Brian came out for the final measure, and then all went silent. We were on a tight schedule due to scheduled painting. Note that our tight schedule was communicated to Barry at the time of signing and we were ensured there would be no issues. I left three messages for Barry and received no response. I guess after the sale is done, he just doesn't care. Brent and Jill were very helpful but, in the end, there was a dispute with the door supplier so they promptly refunded our deposit. Unfortunately, we lost a month, are back to square one with our door and had to delay painting. My main gripe with Republic West Home is with their lack of communication. There was no communication unless we initiated contact. It was very frustrating leaving messages and getting no response at all and doubly irritating when it takes a man (my husband) calling to get action.

Matt provided some great input on changing the layout of our kitchen to maximize/increase our counter space and storage. There was a pretty substantial delay from the target start date to the actual start date of over a month from what we were originally told but once the work started they stayed on schedule. But our new kitchen looks great and dramatically increased the value of our home! We did all of the demo oursevles which helped keep the cost down. Overall we are very happy with the experience and will definitely use them again when we're ready to tackle the bathrooms!

The job took over 10 hours for them to remove the old doors and to fix the bottom runner. Then they replaced the doors and couldn't even install the screen doors. Home owner had to finish with cutting down screen doors and installing them. They kept going back and forth to Home Depot for parts. Six to seven times that day. Which put them behind on their work. Would never use this company again!

The first handy man pretty much ruined a $1,000.00 door. This door was a brand new door in the box and it's ruined. The second handy man attempted to repair the damages from the first handyman. The door squeaks when you open and shut it and you have to pull pretty hard to open and shut the doors.

Work done in one day good clean up 3 issues taken care of promptly
