Unable to diagnose the problem fully. I will give the tech credit for trying and spending a lot of time troubleshooting but did not see what another service did. They did come out on a busy Saturday which I did appreciate.

I was extremely unhappy with this company. First off, the technician that had come out was not suited for the job. He didn't know anything about the project, was 40 minutes late, and didn't have any of the tools that were needed. I had mentioned that there was an electrical issue in the panel, it took him over an hour to get to the Home Depot that is a mile away to get a new breaker. Then he was getting ready to leave, without even looking at the AC. He didn't know what to do, and still charged me almost $500 dollars. He was at the house for over 3 and a half hours, and worked for maybe an hour. I ended up going to a different company to get the work done.
