We called Ryan with Watchtower Security. He came to meet us at our home. We explained to him the necessity for us to have security cameras that worked and captured the footage we needed when we needed it. The day Ryan was supposed to install the surveillance equipment, we had to call him and he told us that he overslept and came out at a later time. While Ryan and his partner were here, they installed the cameras and wiring, leaving the wiring in our crawl space untacked. We asked Ryan to tack the wiring on his next trip out, but he did not. The camera system has not worked since we purchased it and now, Ryan will only come out if we pay him because our warranty has expired. How does a warranty expire when it has not worked to begin with. We have not problem paying Ryan for the work, but the system never worked probably from the start. Also, Ryan taught us the basics of how to work the cameras, but left it to us to figure everything else out. There are no instructions with the cameras and now we have to figure everything out ourselves. Ryan was supposed to come back to get our box and take it to the manufacturer, but he wants $150 to come and get the box and then another $150 to bring the box back. Again, it is not about the money, the system never worked to begin with!

Ryan ran into numerous obstacles with my home internet system and the "NET" coverage in my home. He solved the problems leaving me with an improved computer/net coverage while installing a SUPER camera security system which is why I had hire him in the first place. G**k Squad, eat your heart out.

Ryan from Watchtower security went above and beyond on our job. It had some unique challenges and he communicated clearly what he was sure about and what was unknown. He was able to solve all the unknowns and got our camera system just how we wanted it. His bid was accurate and also a good value. We were very satisfied with his work and our awesome security camera system to keep our family safe and our home secure.

Ryan is a very personable, discrete, professional, good guy. He reminds me of that descent fellow that does his job honestly, with integrity, easy to talk to and do business with. There is a difference between a contractor telling oh yes they can do everything and anything, it is another to have a contractor like Ryan give you the pitfalls and upside of various options and decisions. That only comes with experience. Got NVR and 7 cameras and cat 6 cables that I needed Ryan to install for me. He did a great job. He met all the challenges and in the end, I have my cameras up and running and I am very satisfied. I would recommend Ryan to anyone, he is an upstanding guy, honest, full of integrity and he knows his job.
