Sent staff that only had one week of training, my home is very difficult to clean that is why I went with a professional service. Staff did not even knew the cleaning points her employer listed on their web site. Terrible job, I had to send her home. This is the next day and Owner has not contacted me yet.

The price quoted was not what I was charged for the initial cleaning, when they finished they asked for much more than what I was told, however, I do understand that an initial cleaning would be a higher price. The initial cleaning appeared to be ok but after closer inspection it was a terrible job so after discussing with them they were nice enough to schedule the next cleaning at no charge. I requested that they not send the first person but they continued to send that person and the cleaning was always marginal at best. I'm surprised by all the good reviews and only sorry that I didn't get the same level of service.

They came in and cleaned my entire house until everything was spotless. The job that they did showed me how insufficient my own cleaning job had been because everything looked much better than when I clean the house.
