james and his son did a very good job installing our pellet stove insert and explained everything to us. they were both very polite and knew what they were doing.i would recomend them to anyone. thank you for leading us to them. thanks again, ed stoddard

James Neider was prompt, very pleasant, highly skilled and very reasonable. In order to minimize cost, James used good materials removed in the process of reconfiguring a garage to complete the job.James is a master of many skills and we will definitely be asking him to come back and do future projects for us. We couldn't be happier with the result of this project.

He was professional and friendly, very willing to listen to what exactly needed to be done. He was also flexible with scheduling around my work hours, and with my adding additional tasks for which the additional charges were extremely reasonable. He cleaned up after himself really well, too.

He did not fix our problem . I t took us abour three more weeks of working on this stove to find the problem. It was something that he should have done. It was in part of cleaning. We paid him 360.00 and then fixed it ourselves after much headache.
