    They are very responsive. They get back to your very quickly on emails to answer questions and come to the house whenever necessary. Scheduling is very flexible.

    I called three different pool companies that day and Marc was the only one (and still the only one) to return my call. He came over two hours later. Since we are renting the house Marc was able to give me a clear explanation of how to vacuum and backwash the pool. He did not mind that I asked him to repeat the directions two or three times. Marc did a great job cleaning the pool and providing me with professional advice. Not once did he pressure me into buying equipment, chemicals are services I didn't really need.

    BAD SERVICE

    This man was what we call a "company jumper" who intentionally screws companies with rubber checks. Hate to have to comment, but his man ruined my 5 star ratimg, which I cannot remve.

    For one month our pool service company at our townhouse complex was unable to clear the pool of an algae bloom. Lots of people were upset, so as the pool committee chair I invited four pool companies to advise us and bid on the pool maintenance contract. Only Marcoffered to step in that day,and fix theproblem. He began Wednesday at 4 pm and by that Friday it was clear. He is responsive and careful with your money. A real winning combination...plus he knows pools well.

    7. Legal Search for Civil Judgments
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
    8. Liens Search
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
    10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
