"Priceless Home Improvement Inc. recently replaced my roof. Being in Sales for 40 years I knew about setting and delivering on expectations. I knew this was a big job, at least for me. The Priceless team delivered start to finish. Devon (salesperson) did a great job, introduced his Area Manager, Tyler, and crew chief Robert. This became an insurance claim due to hail and wind damage. The entire process was explained to me exactly as it played out. Follow up was done on each step, crew chief was there as work started with explanation of actions to be done. He was onsite several times during job making sure crew had everything they needed. Landscaping was protected with tarps, yard was cleaned of debris throughout day and at end any loose nails around house were removed by dragging magnets. Crew was pleasant and courteous and finished a 4+k Sq ft home in less than 2 days. I had 2 neighbors across the street ask if I was pleased because they witnessed the job. One has reached out for a quote. Needless to say I was pleased and rarely provide feedback but these guys were exceptional. Give em a look."

"Everything went excellent.  The estimator came out to my house and arrived right when he said he would.  He took a quick stroll around the house and measured the windows.  He gave me a quick pitch on the quality of the windows and then the price.  There wasn't any games or trying to up sell me on silly things like some of the other vendors.  Later that week the installers came out and did a much more through measurement of the windows and told me the job would take about six hours to complete. 
A couple weeks later I was called to say the windows had arrived and I scheduled them to come out later that week.  The installers arrived on time and went straight to work.  One thing I will say is the installers do A LOT of work.  I was a little worried through the process they were going to leave things unfinished, but they took care of everything before telling me they were finished.  As you are going through the process, keep the faith, it will all get finished.  They finished in about six and half hours, which is because one original window was installed improperly and they had a little extra work on it. 
I would not hesitate to recommend Supreme Window and Door to any of my neighbours, friends or family. 
On a side note, the first guy that came out to my house suggested that I get a triple pane window in what will be the nursery.  I decided to trust him and it was a great decision.  After the new window was installed I looked out it behind my house and saw some of the neighbourhood kids playing in the backyard.  It took me a second to realize I couldn't hear them!  The extra pane really cut down on the sound and I'm very glad he talked me into it.

THE OTHER COMPANY THAT WAS OUT WAS LEAF FILTER OR GUTTER HELMET, I DONT REMEMBER. THE GUY WAS NICE ENOUGH BUT WAS GETTING MAD WHEN I TOLD HIM THAT I NEEDED TO DO RESEARCH.

"The company showed up on time and conducted the shingle replacement being careful not to damage the gardens around the house. They brought the roof up to current code, (the roof no longer complied with local codes), and worked with our chimney company to install the flashing properly. The cleanup was performed in an acceptable manner and the work was finished on time. Follow-up inspections by the company and I showed I had a good roof that was going to last another long time. I would definitely recommend this company for roof work."

"Went very well. Communication was with Jessica at their home office. Easy to deal with. They arrived at 8:30 and left at around noon for a 3-hour housecleaning. I did not have to tell them very much, they just went straight to work. My house is pretty clean already, but I work 90-hours a week and I cannot get everything. They got areas that I often neglect. I plan to have them back in a few weeks. We are going to be away for quite a bit or else I would have them come out much more often. On a final note, I actually tipped. I have had many housekeepers since 2007 and I cannot remember the last time the work was good enough for me to pay a bit extra for a job well done."
