"EXCELLENT MASTER PLUMBER!!! Robert replaced my 23 year-old water heater earlier this month (12/01/17). I wasn't experiencing any problems with the water heater other than the facts that it was old, inefficient, and I was on "borrowed time" as far as the life expectancy for water heaters go. My next questions were, "Can you repair it? And if so, when?" Robert advised me on what would be required to make the repair and he gave me a very fair estimate for the cost for materials and labor. Two days ago he came out and repaired the leak in my home fire sprinkler system. Again, he and his apprentice/helper were very professional, efficient, respectful, personable and on point with doing the job properly. The location of the leak in the copper pipe was not in an easy-to-get-to spot; however, Robert was able to adjust, adapt and get the job done. He's a true professional. I will definitely use R.W. Burton's services again whenever I need a plumber. Great plumbers are hard to find. Robert is a great and exceptional plumber! He's a keeper!"
