They answered right away. ‘Dawson’ was at my house the next day with everything we needed. He ended up replacing the well pump AND the bladder. My husband went outside and in the garage with him to understand what was involved in the replacement and said Dawson was very knowledgeable. He educated him on what he was doing and why, as well as preventative maintenance on the new system. I spoke with him a few minutes before he packed his truck up and he couldn’t be more nice and respectful. They're price is VERY fair. I know he had to travel a decent way to Dallas for us and did not charge us for the trip. I mean, I had a very bad leak on the system, and so they needed to To replace the entire water line from the shutoff. at the city all the way to the house and they were they they had to cut a trench to bury it and they were here there was three guys and they were here about Maybe two and a half, 3 h working, and they got it all done. So, I mean, as far as I'm concerned, the war's back on. Everything's working. I can't complain. And they did it for the price that they did, because they, you know, they did, there was no price change or anything like that. So they did exactly what they estimated to be. "
