"I contracted with Tony Frank April 2024 The agreement was for a total rehab of my kitchen, bathrooms, tile hallway Tuck pointing, roof repair lay concrete driveway and more. Freddy did quotes. The kitchen they show on google is my kitchen. It started out good. First the pitch in the shower was off and the water pooled away from the drain. The floors began to peel up about 5 months. They replaced the floors and then laid tile in my living room and dining room. That tile peeled up.The water was now leaking in my basement from the pooling water in the shower. The tub they glazed and painted also peeled up. Tony said they didn?t let the glaze paint dry long enough. Tony told me the pitch was off and they would fix. Freddy said he didn?t know what was wrong with the floor. They have replaced floors 4 times most recent September 5, 2025. That floor cracked immediately. Daughter fell fractured ankle had surgery. Fixed pitch November 17th. Agreed to return to redo floors December no answer "

"I would highly recommend Chicago Reno. Our basement unfortunately had cracked cast iron pipes, and our basement was in shambles because of the plumbing work that was needed. We were looking for a contractor to put our once finished basement back together again. It was a complete tear down and renovation. The team at Chicago Reno are wonderful people. "Repair of small guest bathroom shower/tub area. Chose americraft bc they had no complaints on bbb and good reviews on social media. After obtaining quote greg came out to evaluate repair and answer questions. Our perception was that Greg lost interest when we didn’t want to change tub to shower or replace the bathtub. Just to keep existing tub. This would have brought quote down 2 to 3 thousand dollars. At this point Greg practically ran out of our condo. Never heard back from them. Our perception is that Americraft is not nterested if project is 10 thousand or lower. My wife may of scared him with either providing awareness of plumbing problems with common area or had all lights off except bathroom bc she’s embarrassed of our condo. Do not recommend for small projects."
