"This is the third large project we have had done by Standard. The first was a broken boiler in the winter. The technician showed up the next day and installed a new part within an hour. We called them back to install a ductless AC system in some parts of our old house. And they just updated our central AC system which was 25 years old. The service is excellent and all technicians are polite and knowledgeable. We are very pleased."

"The service was perfectly great. He went above and beyond, he came and got the parts that was broken and went out to get it in stores, when he came back the tenant was not answering, he left and informed me, so i called the tenant and that's the time he came back and was allowed to work and he did an amazing job. he fixed the problem, he was polite. I highly recommend him for HVAC Services."

"I had barely finished request on HomeAdvisor when they called me. They were here the next afternoon to look at my central air system and the same evening they came to install our new unit. They're great at explaining what they found and how they arrive at final cost numbers. They showed me what repairing our old unit would entail and gave me quotes on a basic and an energy efficient replacement, letting me choose the option I wanted to pursue.I'd recommend them highly."

"I could not be more pleased with the experience!!! Excellent customer service, explained everything to me in detail, gave me knowledge on how my furnace operates and things to do and watch for. Prompt, kind and professional!! I would leave 10 stars if I could!"

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

Twin Cities Pipes provided excellent customer service, advice and plumbing repairs at a fair price. Before the work was completes, the company provided what needed to be done, what parts would be replaced, how much time it would take, and how much it would cost. The work was completely quickly. The workers were professional at all times. They cleaned up the work areas clean and took old parts away for recycling. When the work was completed, they walked through each project to make sure the work was to our satisfaction. I would recommend their services and would use their service without hesitation.
