"If you are looking to buy or sell in the Albuquerque / Rio Rancho area, then I would highly recommend Kevin as your realtor. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable about the areas, school districts, park locations, etc. We flew in from out of state for a 1-1/2 day house hunting trip and we toured close to 20 properties and stayed on schedule the whole time. Kevin was very organized with scheduling the tours, having packets already printed of each property, and really exceeded our expectations. I ended up choosing Kevin for a few different reasons: 1) He handles all showings himself, so you won't get passed off to an associate to show you homes, instead you have the actual agent 2) He has experience with appraisals and understands market comps very well 3) He is a licensed General Contractor and understands the condition of the home, needed repairs, upgrades, inspection process, etc 4) He is a real estate investor himself which I liked since I'm looking to purchase additional rental properties in the area and he understands investment property criteria well You won't be disappointed with Kevin, we'll definitely be utilizing him again!"

"I couldn't recommend Andrew any more. My fiancé and I came to Andrew looking to buy our new home and he was 100% responsive and helpful from the get-go. As fate would have it, we found the home we had been searching for while Andrew happened to be at a work conference out-of-town.
