"Our AC died last week and the first company provided us 3 replacement options. We selected the middle option ($16,000) and signed the contract, which provided us a 5 day cancellation period. Installation was scheduled for Friday. I solicited other companies quotes using the estimate provided by the first company and all declined stating I needed to schedule an appointment for someone to come out to take measurements, etc. Our inside temperature was 98 degrees. Advanced Environment Solutions provided us an unbinding estimate of $9,600. a better warranty and immediately dispatched a technician to take measurements and install a portable AC unit until the new one could be installed. Our unit was installed Friday. What a bunch of professionals! The team arrived at 6:30 am and were done by 11:00 am. To our surprise, we received a fruit basket from Advanced Enviroment Solutions the following day thanking us for selecting them! Who does is anymore? Hey competitors... Who can top Advanced Environment Solutions??? Need your system serviced or replaced? Advanced Environment Solutions gets our vote!"

The comfort specialist, Chris B., was very responsive and helpful in helping me decide what to buy, as well as providing help after installation. The two installers, Chris M. and Justin B. were very personable and very neat during removal and installation of the furnaces. Overall, very satisfied. Very commendable job."

I really appreciated Joe’s willingness to hop on the phone with me whenever I had questions about the estimate or the work being done. He was very patient and never overbearing. The work was done correctly and quickly. The price was competitive compared to other quotes I received. I even had to call Joe a year after the work had been done to pick his brain about an attic renovation that might have had some impact on the HVAC system. "The estimator/sales person and technicians were top notch. The estimator worked with me on the system requirements and the cost of a new heat pump system. My old system was 20 years old so that the heat pump and inside air handler had to be replaced. Also replaced the thermostat for good measure. The technicians did an excellent job with the install, neat and professional. The system has been working really well. Overall, I believe that I received excellent service at a reasonable cost."

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. "I’m quite happy with the results of our AC unit install. There was some miss-communication within the company that caused some delays, but our AC replacement installation was really difficult in having to go thru the roof inti a tight space. Once the techs realized what the nature of the job was, they did an epic job. I had 4 or 5 business previously that didn't even offer a bid for this job. ARS beat the only other two quotes offered. I recommend them highly."
