Jose did a great job of trouble shooting the problem with my furnace and showed me which part was defective. He had to special order the replacement parts which took a few days. Soon after he left, someone dropped off two space heaters to keep our house warm until the parts arrived. Jose then installed the new parts and checked out the entire furnace to see if there were other problems. He took photos to help show what the problem was. He was efficient, conscientious, polite and thorough. The office staff and Jose kept me up to date on when he would arrive at my home. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Air-Tech again if the need arises. Jamie and Ricardo used the utmost care to protect my home. They covered the floors, moved and covered the furniture and made sure before they left that I fully understood how to use the remote and operate the equipment. There was high pressure sales involed which I succumbed into as the sales guys were saying that I had fiber damage in my ducting and since I have kids in the house they said that it was very crucial that I do the change now.
