They completed a Manual J calculation report that indicated the unit was too large, and they replaced the unit. Previously, this contractor identified that the static pressure on both of my HVAC units was too high and appropriate adjustments were made. All employees are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, responsive and extremely helpful. Hands down, this is the best HVAC contractor I have ever worked with."

It was in middle of summer 2019, hotter than you can imagine inside my house even with 2 portable a/c units running in LR trying to mitigate some of the heat while waiting on my a/c company to help me. Stacy came out quickly diagnosed the problem right away, my unit was dead (I had been nursing it over last few years) but I couldn’t purchase a new unit until I got in a place to fund a house remodel. "On the day of the work (4) workers came on time and proceeded with the work. They were very professional and covered the floor and the stairs leading to the attic.  They too answered all my questions about  what they did. They showed  me the old evaporators coils and the leaks in them, and the new were still in the original box. They replaced on of my thermostats and  fixed a noise coming from my outside unit .  Although,  I had a second estimate on this work that would have been less, I went with Cucco,s because I trust their work and their professionalism. Honestly, it is so hard to fine honest people these days working with them is a pleasure.
