"Mark did a very thorough analysis pointing out problems I wasn’t aware of. I hired him because he was so knowledgeable. His team (Mark, John and Tony) sealed the rim joints, the ductwork and tops of the walls (who knew that was a problem?). They also corrected problems in the attic, added blown fiberglass insulation to R49 and removed the old whole house fan that wasn’t being used.
