We visited another neighbor above me to see if they were having any problems. None there, he suggested that we wait until the problem came back, he gave me his card & told me to call him, take pictures & then he would be able to find out where the problem was. This seems to be a problem that has been existing for a long time. Thank you."

"We had a water main pipe burst underneath our house, and needed to get a galvanized pipe replaced with a copper pipe running from the street to under our house. We had gotten several estimates from other plumbers and Neighborly had the best deal. When Matt came over he identified the issue very quickly and described what would need to be done. We had recently done some landscaping in the front yard and planted native & pollinator-friendly plants and didn't want any of them damaged. Neighborly was the only one that offered to hand dig the holes needed for a trenchless water main installation in order to protect the plants. "I hired them to install a heater in my garage, including running electrical. They had to cut drywall. They didn?t clean up an of the floor prior to leaving, having left dust and debri on the floor. I wanted them to also install/replace some switches and outlets in my home, which I not had time to do. I decided, based on the job they did in the garage, that I would not have them do the other work I requested. I am hoping they actually did the electrical correctly, as my heater has now tripped the breaker since the install. I would probably not use them in the future for other services if needed. "
