"I Called to get an in person quote for a tankless water heater flush and left this job with a whole house filter and a fridge connection. When Michael first arrived we inspected the tankless unit and tested the water to conclude flushing was not my best option. He then walked me through my options for home filters and we decided on a Halo system. Michael was very well educated on the subject and gave me the best value filter for my needs. He installed the unit the next day in less than a few hours and left me with a flawless work of art. I couldn't be more impressed with the professionalism he brings to this trade! "My old heating unit went out. I called Xpress Heating & Air to access it. Teresa came over to give me a quote and encouraged me to get a few others. I called Teresa back to set up installation. Teresa and her team arrived on time to install the new unit and update all of my vents. They cleaned up all the debris as if they were never there. The next morning I called Teresa to her know that the unit was working great,but it was a little loud. She came right back over to make some adjustments and everything has been fine since. As a courtesy,Teresa also looked at my air conditioner unit as well even though I wasn't having any issues at the time. I would highly recommend Xpress Heating & Air for a dependable, professional, and quality job."

"During a heat wave we came home after being away for several days to an unresponsive AC unit. We called California Comfort first thing in the morning. Chris already had several repairs booked but he promised he would come before the day was out. He kept his promise, arrived at 6:30 pm and in 15 minutes had our AC unit up and running. To top it off when he found out we were new to SoCal and Riverside, he spent several minutes visiting and sharing his list of things to enjoy in the area. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We will definitely hire him again if and when the need arises."

"I found Precision Auto Works here on Angie's List.  They had great reviews and a 10% off labor coupon.  I decided to give them a try.  I pulled into the parking lot and was a little leery because it looks like you are parking next to a house.  Do not let this stop you.  You ARE supposed to park there.  Walk around the house to the back and you will find the office and see the shop.  It's a strange set up, but this place was awesome.  <br /> I have never had such great customer service from an auto mechanic.  I had an engine light on in my car and I needed an oil change.  A friend had pulled the error codes from my car and I was able to walk in with those.  The office spent several minutes with me discussing and looking up the codes.  They called the mechanic (Dave) in and he also spent quite a bit of time with me.  As a female, I have never felt so comfortable at an auto shop before.  I left my car and waited for an estimate.  <br /> A couple of hours later they had located the problem (an actuator) and gave me an estimate.  For parts, labor and a synthetic oil change, the estimate was $450.  $80 or so of that was my synthetic oil change (which is about average).   $175 was for the actuator part.  $200 for labor (with my 10% off coupon labor came to $180).  So anyway, right around $450.  Now here comes the good part.  They called a second dealership to check for the part so they could get the car back to me on the same day.  The other dealership wasn't going to have it available until the following day.  We're not sure what happened but the second dealership listed the part for $50.  They called me with the great news about the price drop and told me my car would be ready that day.  Do you know how easy it would have been for this mechanic to just charge me the full $450?  I never would have known the difference.   However, they did not do that.  They passed on the savings.  My final bill?  $301.   <br /> I felt they we're upfront and honest throughout the entire experience.  They mentioned they will be calling the first dealership to find out why they had such a huge price difference and mentioned they will not work with them in the future if they are gouging their prices.  It may have been an honest mistake somewhere along the way but either way, they are looking into it.  I love that they kept me in the loop and told me absolutely everything that was happening.  Not many shops would take the time to keep a customer so informed.   <br /> Try this place! You just might find "your" new mechanic! <br /> **As as a side note, this experience has convinced me to renew my Angie's List membership.  I don't use the site very often but if I can find even one compnay a year that provides an experience like Precision Auto Works, then my membership pays for itself. <br /> <br />"
