"Pipe burst on 18 Feb.  Called Tiger at approx 0730 and they had a team here before noon.  Danielle and her assistant provided us two quotes.  One for just repair and another for repair and preventative work (e.g. replacing old pipes/connectors).  We opted for repair and preventative.  Team was very professional and worked diligently to address the problem, however, when work was finished there was some dripping from one of the pipe connections and Danielle told us she would come back the next day to take care of it.   Company called the next day and said she wasn't going to be able to make it.  This happened for the next few days, before we were contacted by Josh (plumbing supervisor).  He came out and said he would make it right.  He gave us a date and time when he would be back to do so and showed up exactly when he said he would. He not only corrected the problem, but made some other modifications to make sure we were completely satisfied. We will definitely call Josh for our plumbing needs in the future.

"Everett is a very experienced and knowledgeable water guy. My water reeked of chlorine and was very hard (within three weeks of living here, my dog's water bowl had a crust of mineral hardness in bottom of bowl, so I knew the water was very hard). He tested my water and showed me the levels of chlorine (more than a public pool requires) and the hardness grains were approx. 14. I purchased a water softener and conditioner combo unit, and also a reverse osmosis system so as to have safe water for drinking, cooking and bathing, and to save my appliances from the hard water. I was very happy with his workmanship and the products installed. Taking a shower was a delight, no more nasty chlorine smell! Everett even did a few extra items for me, totally unrelated to the install, and I greatly appreciated his kindness and help! I would highly recommend this company for all your water needs! "We had Jones Air & Water come out to install filtration and replace a catalytic core system that we had installed to prevent descaling. In our situation, we had a high volume of Chlorine in the water that you could definitely smell and taste. The catalytic core system, didn't live up to the expectations and we still had to deal with a heavy scale build up noticeable on all of our faucets and with two Rinnai units for on demand hot water that raised concerns about what type of build up we were having on what we couldn't see. Everett came out and was very thorough in testing the water and then explaining a recommended solution. We finally decided on a dual media tank solution that Everett and JD installed that provides us with an efficient way to not only handle the Chlorine issue, but truly conditions the water and we're noticing all of the differences that Everett explained we should see. We are very satisfied with the whole process from the review of what our situation is, the recommended solution, the installation and the end result. We highly recommend using Everett for a water treatment solution."

"LOVE Spengler. They came out the same day that I called and he capped off the outside faucet pipe so I could turn the water back on to the rest of my house. In 2 days, they will come back and finish the repair and insulate the pipes. They were slammed with broken water pipe calls so today was just about getting me up and running - which is all I wanted and I'm so thankful for. He gave me several different options in writing and I went with their best service plan because it's well worth it. Office staff are awesome! Fantastic customer service! So much better than the company I was using and had a service plan with. I cancelled my service with the other company and as long as Spengler keeps this up, I will stay with them. It was quite costly, I think, but plumbers are very expensive. Great work with great customer service is priceless. Beware of cheap plumbers - you will get what you pay for."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
