The gentleman that came to do the service was polite, professional and took the time to explain everything to us. Initially I called other companies for quotes and most of them did not want to give me even an estimate. "I called Dublin Plumbing, LLC about a leaky shower faucet.  It was leaking hot water.
The plumber was on time, a little early actually, and friendly.  He quickly determined what the problem was and made the repair to the hot water knob by replacing a rubber ring.   He made the same repair to the cold water side of the faucet so that I wouldn't have to call them back to repair the other side.  
The plumber didn't seem rushed and he answered all of my questions.   Overall, I was very happy with the service and I will probably use this company again in the future.
