They were about 15 minutes early for the appointment (good with us) and were done in less than an hour. The locksmith asked me how many keys we wanted and made them. "This is the second time I have contracted with Quality Counts Painting and both experiences were outstanding. In this case, I had just completed some bathroom remodeling and needed to have the room painted. It also seemed like a good time to have the trim refreshed. I thought with my deep-pile, light-colored Frieze carpet painting base boards would be a challenge but it didn't seem to phase Pat. I had not expected it but as they found caulking around doors and windows in need of repair they fixed it. Selecting a paint color to match the new bathroom tile presented a challenge for me. Dennis brought paint chips and suggested a couple of options. He acquired samples and helped me make a selection. I had previously decided that I wanted a faux finish on the walls. Tom did all the prep work and base coats before Dennis came in to do the sponging. Great results!! Tom and Pat were here for the bulk of the project. I cannot compliment them enough on their professionalism, work ethic, and skill. Besides all that they were just fun to be around. Great crew and terrific results ... I could not be happier."

"Prompt, professional and repairs look great.
Great experience. Dan and his wife Tania came out to give me the estimate on the window work. While here, I asked  about the concrete work and was told Adam ( the son) could also do that type of work. I went with the company for both repairs.
Dan and Adam came at the agreed time, did both repairs. Also, great clean-up, only evidence of their being here is the good looking work!

"Other than sporadic thunder storms, everything went well. Darryl contacted me every work day to say roughly when they would arrive (usually around 9-9:30 range) and the crew worked from then until about 3-3:30ish. They power washed, scraped old paint, repaired some wood and concrete and patched glaring problems in brick. They used 2 paint colors, which involved some detail work in the dormers. All work was thorough and Darryl asked questions and made adjustments as they worked. Each day, ladders were removed from the house and carefully stored in a location on the property. Trash was not left around the lot. Darryl asked us to inspect the work right before their last day and when we sent feedback on a few things, he added some that he had noticed too. All work was fixed to his standard the final day. All of the workers were polite and respectful and the house looks great! We have already recommended this company to some neighbors up the street."

"Jeremy was very responsive to the initial phone calls. Scheduled an in home consult quickly and gave a thorough presentation of their systems and capabilities. We scheduled the install a few days later for our system. Larry was helpful and professional. We has a couple of hiccups, which were resolved. We also decided to add security cameras and has a little trouble scheduling that install. Once installed all is working well. We’re very happy with the products and service."
