"I had just purchased the house last fall and this week YEARS of buildup in the kitchen sink came to a head. Daniel from Boden plumbing came out. He arrived just after the service window (2:05 for a 2pm to 4pm service window). He was very cool, friendly, polite and made quick work of the drain.

"Service plumber arrived on site, on time and was ready to begin. He was friendly and professional. He was fully aware of the problem and what needed to be done. He acquired the necessary parts and changed them accordingly as proficient as possible. Our bathroom sink drain issue was completely resolved and ready. Thank you Eric for a great job!"

"Just had the initial diagnostic visit. I was given terrible news (I'll probably end up getting a new furnace $$$), but the technician Ricky was wonderful. He was extremely polite, professional, and friendly. He did a very thorough inspection and then gave me a very thorough explanation of the problems. This included photos he took on the spot of some internal parts (oil leakage, heavy dust & dirt, stress markings).... at no point did I feel like I couldn't trust what he was telling or showing me. He answered every question I had. He went into the "attic" of my Eichler to check the ductwork (via a 14" hole in the closet ceiling, into space so shallow and tight I have no idea how the ductwork was ever even installed), and came out with photos to show me. The company was easy to work with when I had to change appointments, sent me email and text confirmations of everything, and gave me a day-before reminder of the appointment. I had an 8a- 11a window and received a text at 7:50a letting me know the technician was on his way, with a photo of him included. Perfect, perfect, perfect. The visit was $89 but reduced to $39 because I signed up for the MVP membership: $107 for a year which gets me all kinds of free services plus discounts on everything else. It even includes services on my water heater which they did not install! Additionally, they have some really good guarantees, MVP or not. Before leaving he called the office, explained all he'd found, and handed me the phone to set up an appointment with a "comfort specialist". Ariel (on the phone) was also extremely polite, professional, and friendly. These people are trained right! Or they're hiring very well. So, I will be meeting with someone to discuss repairs vs. replacement options. No repair work has been done yet (although Ricky did do a temporary fix that is allowing me to get some heat), so I can't fully review the company. But thus far I'm 100% pleased. This is probably the best experience I've ever had with any kind of repair technician. I've never used them before and have also never written a review before. The experience was just that good. I'll write another when I've finished with them just to give a full review, but so far perfect!"

"He checked and cleaned a wall heater and restarted it. Gave me good info and cleared up something that I was misinformed about by another company. He checked for carbon monoxide and made sure I had monitors for Carbon monoxide and fire. Very pleasant gentleman."

"I always have my doubts about what I will get for $39, so went into this deal with low expectations. I have a two story house with basement. The Green Apple crew arrived on time, with a text reminder 1 hour ahead. That always helps. Make sure you know where all your vents are, and that they are accessible (move beds and furniture if they cover a vent, that gives the crew more time to do their job). Tony explained the difference between cleaning the vents, and a deep cleaning of the ductwork. After confirming that I had not had the ducts cleaned in the 20 years I have lived here with 2 dogs, Tony walked through the entire house and took photos inside the ducts. How embarrassing! It was obvious I needed the deep cleaning service (what was that lump in there? We needed to find out). Deep cleaning is more expensive, but when you see how much work it takes for Tony and his energetic assistant, Julian, to really get into and clean the ductwork, you will understand why. They worked steadily for over 2 1/2 hours, and had all the correct equipment to do a very thorough job. They even cut into and repaired the original 1929 ductwork to get at difficult spots without extra charges. Overall, a great job, and today was the first time in months I didn't wake up sneezing. If you are sensitive to chemicals or fragrances, be sure to check the disinfectant before it is used, though there is no hint of it after 24 hours, it has a strong smell when first applied. Again, you only need deep cleaning once every 5 years, so it is worth the .15 cents a day to breath easier. Thanks again to Tony and Julian for a job well done. Pay Tony, tip Julian! (The disgusting lump was a towel I had never owned. That made it worth the price right there.)"

"Jazz Heating & Air Conditioning has been amazing to work with. I sent out inquiries to several other companies on Angie's List. I had done a lot of research and knew exactly which furnace I wanted. Mirza was super responsive over messaging and was able to provide me a proposal without having to schedule an appointment for estimation! He had me take some pictures & measurements and send them over. This was such a pleasure because all the other companies wanted to send someone over, and I don't have time for that many visits. The price that Jazz gave me was very competitive, and they didn't try to upsell me to a more complex unit. The replacement turned out great. They cleaned up really nicely and was really thoughtful in giving me a tutorial of the system."

"I think this provider mostly deals with grills but seemed knowledgeable and proficient with my gas log fireplace.  He and his helper did the jobs listed in an expedient manner and left me feeling satisfied with their work, especially the look of the fire itself.
