He got me better quality parts than they give you at places like Dell, and at really great prices. He has made house calls for me before and he has fixed my computer remotely via Internet access many times, which is very convenient. Other companies on the Internet claim to provide computer repair service via Internet access, but many of them are scammers (I have fallen prey to that myself, and my computer crashed as a result) but Jim is honest and trustworthy, so know that you don't have to worry about him taking advantage of you in any way. He will even take the time to teach you how to avoid scammers and other malicious things like viruses, which most computer technicians won't do. I recently purchased his monthly maintenance services. "I highly recommend Landmark construction energy crew.  We live in a waterfront home and we have had several drafty & leaky windows, some of them single glass and the rest are double glass, (18 windows). And a lot of them were odd shapes, not just rectangles and squares.  Five of the windows had to be new construction (not just replacement) to bring them up to work.  We called Landmark construction energy crew and Ezra and Charlie came over to our house and gave us an estimate for the complete work.  Both of them were very informative, honest and made us feel relaxed and confident about this work and about hiring them for that.  Ezra assured us that this was a big job and that it will take close to 3 weeks to complete the replacement of them, but they could do it.  And they did.  Overall it took them about a month to order and manufacture all the windows.  The installation crew, including Jason, Jose, and Roberto, did a beautiful job.  It took five days, but the house was always left clean after the work day was done.  The installation was beautifully done.  What a pleasant experience.  And we love our new windows.
