He came over in his off time just to double check the ceiling heights and sq. footage and confirmed that we were good to go. I appreciated that level of detail versus other companies that would just "punch in an order" and worry about it later. He will not try and sell you on things you dont want or need and was great to work with to try and save me a few bucks. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment.
