"Cody was friendly and professional. He kindly explained what he was checking and what the readings were on my unit vs. what the normal range is supposed to be. I told him that there's a slow leak in the system and he walked me though the options of how to deal with it. He then took extra time to give me an estimate of what one of those options would cost but gave no pressure either way to try to fix it or buy a new system. Since my furnace is on the older side and I expressed interest in getting an estimate on what a new system would cost, he called the office and set up the appointment for me. Cody was great - I highly recommend Standard Heating and Air."

"My 33 yr old HE Carrier furnace finally gave up. It was a part that would cost over $1000 to replace. At that point, the repair tech suggested I might be better off to put that towards a new unit. I might add he was not pushy in any way, merely making some common sense suggestions. He did locate the part and did offer to do a repair, but economically it didn't really add up. He offered to contact a rep who could be at my house that afternoon (on a Friday). He did show up promptly, we reviewed my options, and settled on a Bryant unit to complement my new a/c unit (also done by Pronto). He told me the installers would be present at 700am on Monday, and they were. The installers were timely, conscientious, friendly and professional. They were also very clean, covering my tile entryway with a cloth, and all of my exposed carpet with plastic, and I didn't have to ask for that. On top of that, they wore shoe protectors as well! The install took about 3 hours, and we were ready to go. They even added a return for the unit at no extra cost. I have to say, I don't write many reviews, but this is one company I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. They take a complex decision and make it really simple and uunderstandable. They never apply selling pressure or steer you towards a unit you don't want. They answer their phones promptly, and keep you up to date with text messages all along the way. The repair tech even reduced the price of my new furnace by the cost of the service call (which I did pay). All in all, my experience in replacing my a/c and furnace units could not have been less stressful, or more professionally handled. More service companies should run their business like Pronto. Highly recommended."

"It went better than I could have imagined. All the other calls I made required a repair technician appointment and a separate salesperson appointment. Vitaliy the HVAC Doctor was extremely knowledgeable -- able to repair our old A/C enough to get us through until the new A/C was installed AND get us set up with a new one. We got a great new 2-stage A/C at a terrific price. Vitaliy really knows HVAC, and did a super job. Also, he has an incredible work ethic. He fit us in on short notice on a Saturday, and took his time answering all our questions. Once we were satisfied with the solution, he fixed everything by headlamp in the dark. Sky arrived on time, started right away on installing the new toilet. Started replacing my bathroom fan and told me I bought the wrong size. He said don’t worry I’ll go and get the right sized one. Wow! What service as I was working from home. He texted me a picture of a fan with a light and gave him a hands up. Got back to my place and seems like in no time the fan was in! "Was referred to Jim by a buddy at my work. I set an appointment in mid-June for Jim to come out and look at my set-up, and Jim was out the next day. We had a tremendous amount of rain here in June, so the actual install was pushed out a couple of weeks. Jim and another employee arrived early on the date scheduled and worked for a number of hours to install my new A/C unit. They also updated my air intake in the utility room, and cleaned up everything when they were done. Jim and James were very professional and very polite. A couple months later, my two year old flipped our switch to the furnace off and then back on while the A/C was running, causing a problem with the compressor. Eventually it started to work again, but James was out the next morning to double-check that everything was OK - at no cost to me. Can't say enough about the service provided. Much more personable (and less pushy) than some of the bigger companies that we received quotes from."

"I discovered water leaking from the kitchen faucet Sunday, water was pooled under the sink. I called and left a message Sunday afternoon. I got a call from the scheduler at 7:47 the following morning. The scheduler promised a plumber would show up between 10-2 and he would call before he came. He called at about 11:30, was there 15 minutes later, spent about 10 minutes to fix the problem, then showed me what the problem was and what I can do if it happens again. He was nice, professional and tolerant of my curious cat. I believe the problem was resolved within about 12 hours of my original call, and I didn't even request emergency or priority service. I was very happy with how it went!"

"Jim was very prompt and accommodating. Because the unit was 3+ years old and seriously acting up - I bought her a new computer ($800) and the next day got the Angie's coupon. We got a "new"  computer by having this service done to restore the old one.  Wife took the new unit back to B*** B** where we got a full refund. We'll be seeing more of Jim in the future...

"Service person Joe did great work. He is confident, interested in the work, understands what he's doing, and is able to explain what he's doing. He took the time to let me know just how to think about the unit even though. I couldn't ask for more. If you want to gain some confidence in your central air unit, I would guess that "rejuvenation" is the package to go with."
