"On 1st unit, techs added a lot of freon and cleared the blocked drain line from the blower. The continuous running on the the second unit has been a recurring problem that had been treated prior as thermostat problem. The problem has always returned after thermostat replacement. I met them at the house where the plumber quickly determined the problem was a hair clog and he unclogged two shower drains in about 45 minutes. He cleaned up after himself and made sure that the drains were running clear. While trying to open one of the drains the cover was broken, he tried to replace it, but determined that the age of the fixture was too old for what he had on had. He told me he would have to special order a new drain cover. He recommended that I instead visit a home improvement store where i could purchase a generic cover for $1-$2, a much cheaper alternative.

"After returning from a short 2-3 hour shopping trip/lunch, my family and I came home to find that one of our guest bathrooms had a plumbing leak that had spread across two rooms. The leak was discovered by my son after he walked in to his room and stepped onto a soaking wet floor! During the entire process, Matt was extremely courteous and thoughtful, explaining what the process of drying entailed as well as explaining how I needed to document everything for insurance purposes. I was clearly stressed out during this time but with Drimaxx, I honestly felt like I had a friend looking out for me through the whole ordeal. I only wish the process with the insurance company went as smoothly as everything went with Drimaxx!"
