His crew came in and did an excellent job on both bedrooms. They had to repair some holes in the walls and I wanted the closets painted also. The rooms look GREAT! "I contacted 3 Shimy's Home Maintenance & Repair because I had several small works of repairs and installation to do very quickly, following the move-out of our tenants. Michael has returned my call promptly, and he was able to squeeze into his schedule quickly to help me. The next day he was at the house to do the work. Also, I needed someone to clean the house throughout very quickly. I asked Michael if he could recommend someone. Michael has contacted a lady with whom he often works and does an excellent job; she changed her work schedule to accommodate because Michael asked her. She arrived at the same time that Michael with all its equipment and its products, ready to do the work! That was awesome! Thank you Michael for your initiative and being pro-active. Michael has installed blinds, re-screen patio screen door, repaired garage entry door, installed dead bolt on garage door, clean out drain and install aerator on all faucets, removed microwave and haul. He did the work in an extremely efficient manner. Michael went pick-up the over the range microwave and the dishwasher at the store and installed them and haul off the dishwasher. Excellent work and cleanup perfect. I asked Michael to provide me with invoices and he has sent them the next day. Being myself a certified General Contractor in industrial, commercial and residential since 26 years, in Québec, Canada, I can assess very quickly the skills of a subcontractor. I asked Michael an estimate to install a Bathroom Vanity Top of 104 inches with 2 bowls, and I received the estimate the next day. He will install when the order will be ship at store. Michael is personable, knowledgeable in many trades, very professional, efficient and concerned about details, work clean and it cleans up once the work is completed. The service provided was high-quality, with excellent time-on-task. I highly recommend him."

"It started with meeting Roland at showroom for consultation . We proceeded to choose carpet and tile for our home and Roland and his staff were very informative and knowledgeable ! We scheduled install fo 4/04/2016 on Monday and project was done in a timely and professional manner by Friday like that said they would ! "Dana scheduled a visit to take measurements and to show us the available crown molding options.  We choose a crown molding that was an upgrade but still very affordable.  Dana left and when he had the crown molding cut per his initial measurements called and scheduled an installation appointment.  He showed up on time and installed the crown molding.  Everything went well and we love our new look.  I would definitely recommend I Crown Molding and we intend to have the living room done in the near future.

"My garage door broke and needed to be repaired or replaced. I was told by A1 Advantage that the door was old and they could not get replacement parts for it. They came the next day to install the door. I was told by the installer that the door would be painted in the next week. (I paid extra for this service).It is now over a month later and the door is not painted.  I have called them several times in the last month and have gotten a different excuse each time. The door is very nice but they have not followed up on their customer service, and I could not recommend them at this point.

"Gary and his team were extremely easy to work with; they were professional and friendly. We changed our plan (and the estimate) several times without issue (Gary was very flexible). Work began almost immediately, and moved along in a timely fashion; however, we had some special-order materials in our project, and the project took longer than expected because we had to wait for the materials to arrive. They reversed the swing on two of our existing doors, so we didn't have to purchase new doors (or waste the old ones). There is no indication whatsoever that they had done that - the work the carpenter performed was exemplary. We had some complicated wiring involved in the project, as well - the electrician seemed to handle it easily (and everything works as desired). They even encountered an issue with our air handler that was complicated, and they were able to resolve the issue as if it had never occurred. We did encounter some issues after the project was completed, but Gary responded immediately and ensured that the issues were resolved. Finally, we were not charged extra due to any of the surprises that arose during the project. I would recommend GBP Contracting to anyone who is considering remodeling.

"We hired this company to fix up two of our restrooms (master and children’s). The children’s restroom was completed first and was a much simpler design than our master. We chose acrylic shower walls for this restroom, a new vanity area, new flooring, and some minor electrical changes. The children’s restroom was projected to take 2-3 weeks and ended up taking about 3 weeks. The master restroom was a much larger job and took much more time to complete. I made a last-minute change to my design after the project was already underway and the company was very accommodating. The master was projected to take 6-8 weeks and ended up taking 12 weeks. It is challenging to have construction going on in your home. More importantly is that both of the bathrooms look stunning, even better than I had anticipated. One of our friends recently did a remodel and was satisfied with her result until seeing ours. It truly is exceptional work."
