My biggest concern with picking a company out to do the installation. Any retired HAVAC person will tell you that you can buy the best products, but if not installed right you are going to have problems. Don and Dwayne did an excellent job making sure everything was done right the first time ( no shortcuts ). Company stands behind their installations with a guarantee, that is important. I like that everything start to finish was one price, all listed on estimate before work began. I will continue you use this company for regular service and highly recommend them. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. "The original visit stopped the leak completely and held for several weeks while I was scheduling the water shut off. The entire problem was resolved efficiently and expertly. There was a little confusion when they tried to call me prior to showing up, and my phone line was dead; fortunately a neighbor loaned me her phone so I could confirm that I needed the emergency service. For the second appointment, they came later than promised and then completed the service in a timely manner. They also stated they would clean up after themselves, and I found nails around the house for weeks afterward. In addition, roofing material fell off the roof onto the patio, and from the gutters during the next big rain."
