"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. "My central air conditioner unit is about 16 years old now and with all this extremely hot weather just seemed to be working harder and harder but still wasn't cooling quite right. Finally it reached a point that in was running continuously with little cooling. I called SRS and they responded Immediately. Within a couple of hours, Stacy had run some tests and had opened the unit in the attic. He showed me the coils were iced up and after the ice was removed he showed me where the coils had deteriorated and was leaking. It took a day to get the part needed and early the next morning they had the part installed and the unit running again. Additionally they checked the condensate drian lines and cleared them out and put in a drain pan that had never been installed properly. This is a very professionally run organization. Theywere quick and very clean and neat. I couldn't be happier. I feel that for all they did the price was more than fair. I can recommend them without hesitation."
