Expert sealing of the old chimney exhaust, gas line cut-off, condensate pump setup and testing, everything. And on top of that, replaced an unrelated failing laundry spigot I've been worried about since moving in. I cannot say enough good things about how seamless and simple project sizing and scheduling was with him; especially when compared to the plumbers we've worked with in the past. "Seemed pretty inexperienced (although not sure that is unique these days given staffing shortages). Didn’t really understand the ask about the bathtub drain being clogged. Did correctly fix the shower issue, but when they replaced the fixture they didn’t screw it in all the way so the next few showers let a lot of water into the wall until we realized and fixed. Overall did the job and came in reasonable time but seemed to be very new to the job."
