"No invoice transparency at Sila Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical. I had an appointment on February 16, 2026, to troubleshoot a no-heat issue on the second floor of my home. I was told the repair would be $1,500. Although hesitant, I agreed to proceed because I needed heat. The repair was completed, I paid $1,524.90, and the technician left. I later realized I had not been provided with an invoice, so I called the company directly at 781 438 4114. The person who answered the phone emailed me an invoice. The invoice listed an HVAC diagnostic fee of $69.00, followed by ?HYD 170,? with no price or itemized breakdown provided. I understand that professional services and parts can incur significant costs, it is unreasonable that the part alone could account for the entire charge without any supporting documentation. I respectfully requested a detailed breakdown of the invoice through multiple phone calls and emails; however, the responses I received were dismissive and failed "

Cassana is a family owned plumbing, heating, air conditioning and general contracting company. We do all phases of heating including gas, propane and oil and also all phases of cooling. Residential and commercial. Master pipefitter, master plumber, master refrigeration, also general contractor and master oil burner electrical. Subcontractors sometimes may be used but 90-95% of work is done by Cassana. Service fees are as follows: $80 fee for service call; trip charge only after 10 miles; 10% discount for mentioning Angie's list.
