Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "The service went great. Darren showed up right on time and went straight to work. He explained the entire process to me and let me watch along side him. Unfortunately the dryer vent was very clogged. The last part of the service includes going on the roof and cleaning out the vent cap. This includes a video with audio illustrating the vent being completely freed of debris. The dryer is now in great working order again. Would definitely recommend Fresh Air Services."

"They have service call is in expensive. This is just to get you. I felt this is bait and kill deal. But to fix the leak, their estimate through the roof not realistic. I wish they would increase service call fee and reasonable with the cost to fix minor repairs. Finally, we fixed the leak ourselves and saved 100's of dollars. I am rating B for the services that they were hired for. This did the job of diagnosing the problem. I did not hire them to fix because their price is too high."
