The installation team led by Mirek was great. They were efficient, clean and walked me through everything. All piping and ductwork was replaced in the utility closets and at the AC units and all was properly insulated. Their work is clean and clearly shows they know what they are doing. It was a two-day install and Ken made sure to stop by on day 1 to ensure that everything was completed as we discussed. The furnaces are even quieter than expected! It’s too cold to run the AC units and they will need a return visit to get that system activated but so far so good. I would highly recommend this team to anyone."

"I have used Home Comfort on prior occasions to service my old furnace - they had replaced the capacitors and the main blower fan but on the most recent issue, the secondary fan went out. Rather than have it repaired (and seeing the number of repairs increasing each year), I decided it was time to replace the old furnace with a new one. I got a quote from Home Comfort for a new American Standard Gas Furnace with a 95% efficiency - it was scheduled for a Saturday. The serviceman was at my house at the time scheduled and had the entire work completed in about 4-5 hours. He was helped whenever necessary by an additional helper. They took the old furnace out and disposed of it and got rid of the packing material that the new furnace came with. It has been about 2 weeks now since the furnace was replaced and I have had no issues with the new furnace at all - it was done right the first time around. I would have no hesitation recommending this company for repairs and installation of HVAC systems."

"Furnace went out in middle of the night. Primary reason I called TR Miller was pricing - over the summer a friend of mine had mentioned that she and another neighbor had their A/C and/or furnace replaced and that TR Miller's pricing was better than others.
I called TR Miller at 8am and had technician here by 11.  Larry was friendly and professional. He said I needed  a new ignitor and I asked him to clean the furnace as well - he appeared to do a very thorough job of cleaning the furnace.  He never tried to push buying a new furnace despite the age of my current one. In my experience with previous companies it seems they ALWAYS try to push you into buying a new furnace even if  your problem is a minor one, so I appreciated not having to deal with the sales pitch for a replacement furnace.   Larry even answered my questions and concerns about my humidifier.  TR Miller will be the first and only company I call next time!
