Customers say: Quick response

"Lucky I picked Jeff ( A super plumber) out of all the options Angi gave me. Every one of them called but only Jeff instilled confidence even while on the phone unlike others I felt like some bait and switch ( you hear:” I will send my personal and they will quote you a price…” to me is a red flag when you say I need to install/ replace something like a faucet or garbage disposal). Jeff gave me a price over phone, told me what could result in changes to that quote, asked me to send some pictures and confirmed the price before arriving at home and did I mention he knew what he was doing! I would hire him again in a heart beat"

"Blake did a wonderful job. He was so polite and respectful. He asked "when do you want them", I said "yesterday". He then ran to Home Depot to get the taller toilets I wanted. He also gave me some pointers on another matter. Thumbs up!!"

"This company stands behind their work I highly recommend them! We recently had our hot water tank replaced with a national brand; however, within 6 months the unit was totally out. We called them they showed up immediately and after it was determined that the defective part would have to be ordered and we would be without hot water for two additional days without hesitation they picked up a new tank replaced it no questions asked! Thanks, Carl, for all your professionalism explaining everything you were doing every step of the way."

FAQs for faucets, fixtures and pipes repair or replace projects in Austell, GA

A minor, easily accessible leak can be resolved in about three hours, while a large or hard-to-reach leak may take up to three days. If flooring or cabinets need to be built back, the timeline can run several weeks to cover material deliveries and installation. Every job begins with detection, proceeds to repair, and concludes with restoring your foundation’s strength.

Slab leaks are most common in areas where the ground is in motion, such as those prone to earthquakes or highly expansive soils. In places like California, constant shifting puts stress on foundations and pipes. Stay ahead of trouble by monitoring your water bill, inspecting visible slab edges, and scheduling routine inspections to catch leaks early and maintain your home's safety.

Keep an eye out for damp spots, rising water bills, the sound of running water when taps are off, or staining and sagging along the foundation. Check exposed slab edges during routine walk-arounds and note any uptick in indoor humidity or pest traffic. The moment something looks off, call a pro—fast action protects your slab and wallet.

Most policies cover slab-leak repairs tied to a covered event, such as earthquakes, severe storms, or a fallen tree. They often won’t cover gradual issues, such as root intrusion or corrosion-related pinhole leaks. Every policy is different, so be sure to contact your carrier for the fine print before any problems arise.
