Unfortunately, there was no choice but to use anchors due to the water drainage installed around the base of the basement. Bruce, CJ, and Kyle did not want to damage the drainage system by putting in interior braces, so they talked it over with their engineers to solve the problem. It was no easy task as they had dig very deep to get under the footers of the exterior room."
