"Great! We woke up about 3:00 a.m. and the temperature in our home was 82 deg. I called Grant around 8:00 and they promised to get us on the service list. The technician came out above it 2:30 and immediately identified a part that needed to be replaced. He fortunately had an extra on his truck and quickly got it installed. We were expecting a much high bill and we're thrilled when he gave us the bill for $130! "I hired Ace Repair Plumbing to replace my old failed water heater. I initially talked to Toni at the office and she was pleasant and professional. The office immediately scheduled a plumber to come out to my home. My plumber Doug checked out the water heater, gave me a quote, then started the replacement job. When Doug finished the job he thoroughly explained how the new water heat works and how the new plumbing system works. Doug was very knowledgeable, professional and polite. I will use this company again for any plumbing issues I might have in the future."

"Overall a good service. Price was increased for $25 by company representative for additional two stair islands and corridor between the rooms. No representative chats me back on line while hiring, however responded fast while calling them. It was easy to schedule an appointment. The representative called 8:00 am morning to confirm the address and arrived 2 hours before scheduled time. The full job was done for about 30 min. Nothing special in cleaning and some spaces were asked to clean one more time. After cleaning, all vacuum trash was thrown and left on our street side, so we took care for it by ourself."

"We had an appointment for 3:00pm.  It rained that morning.  Stuart called me around 11am to let me know he was running about an hour behind due to the rain.  He asked if that was ok or if we would need to reschedule.  I was fine with the time change and Stuart was punctual at 4:00pm.  I really appreciated the advance notice.  Most companies would call you at 3pm and tell you they were running late.  I found this very respectable.  Stuart looked over the AC and measured the voltage on my request.  He didn't try to up sell me on anything.  I find that they always say you need something else...even if you don't.  I got to talking with Stuart about my concerns on the coolness of my house.  He volunteered to take a look in my attic to determine the thickness of my insulation.  I have known that it was not up to snuff.  Stuart sent me a reasonable quote that evening for additional insulation.  I was very please with the service and would definitely recommend Stuart Hvac to my friends and neighbors!
