Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. "Two years ago, the Water Specialist came to fix an outside faucet that was broken due to freezing temperatures. That same faucet began leaking recently and they were more than happy to come back and fix the leak. I'd like to add, the first repair (2 years ago) was done during very cold weather while it was sleeting. This time, it was quite cold out and raining. Neither time did the technicians complain about the weather. They were only happy to help and do their job.
