"Let me start by saying that this was not an easy experience. Our furnace is not easily accessible in the crawlspace. However, Ernie and his son handled it well. I originally hired Ernie because we wanted a furnace tune-up. Just a simple replace the filter and do a quick cleanup procedure. Well...as it turned out, we ended having to replace almost the entire system as Ernie quickly discovered that the previous install was done in a very shoddy, cheap and even dangerous manner. Ernie worked with us through the purchase and finance process and afterwards, he and his son worked late into the nights to get our furnace up and running. It took a few tries and even some additional visits back, but Ernie was true to his word and the job was done right. Would highly recommend this business. Hard to find people with integrity, knowledge and also hard work ethic. 10/10 would recommend."

"Overall, I was pleased with the job and the product. A couple of problems were eventually corrected. One - the first electrican either did not have the necessary replacement/new breakers which the second electrican was able to accomodate over the matter of a week (appointment schedules, etc.). Two - the AC installer had not pulled a required permit and took a couple weeks to get the inspections completed."
