"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Great service and work. Simon was professional, friendly, and informational. He showed me the before and after pics of my vent. He also gave me great tips on filters and vent covers. I was initially a little confused on how a $69 promo deal to clean all vents ended up to be a lot more, but Simon left the workorder out so that I could understand how the estimate was calculated (just verbally discussing wasn’t making sense at first.) I also don’t know much about vents so I didn’t know what questions to ask or what was part of the $69 promo. I feel Simon has educated me enough so that I know more of what to expect on my next cleaning."

"When I first called to make an appointment I expected to leave a message but someone answered right away and I booked a day and date in no time. So that was great! The day of the service Jacob called to say he would be running late and he arrived in the time frame he said. He explained everything very thoroughly. I have a dog and a cat so I had to keep an eye on them while he did all that work because there would be a back door left open where the hose would be fed through. It took him about 2-3 hours. He also explained and showed me how to clean the air filters. He also showed me a few items that he found while cleaning the ducts. I purchased the service through Angie's list and I also paid an extra $25 per bathroom fan to be cleaned. I would use their services again."

"This review is long overdue in my praise of Washington Energy Services for their customer service, pricing and workmanship ! My first interaction was in 1999 when they installed windows throughout my house. They are still in excellent condition. I might note I called them over 20 years later to inquire on how I could repair a broken slider and they sent someone right out, charging a very nominal amount to repair it. In 2020, I needed to replace my hot water tank, and the extremely knowledgeable Christy presented several options, answering my many questions. I settled on one with a booster that seemed to best fit my needs. Finally, in December 2023, I purchased a new gas furnace from WES. I had a minor issue with a fan switch and they responded quickly to rectify the situation. Within the past two months, I seemed to be having an issue with my thermostat (something they had not installed), and the manager, Greg, came out twice with his crew to explore the problem. Today they installed a new thermostat FREE OF CHARGE! Their excellent response and customer service is beyond any company I have hired. And I particularly love that they are family owned and have been around for decades. Their employees seem to be there for the long haul, which speaks highly of the owner. I refer all my friends and family and I won't go anywhere else for services that they offer. Many thanks to the staff I have interacted with over the past 25 years!"

"We had a 110V heat pump installed on our houseboat. (I had gotten tired of changing the 10 gal propane tank each week in the winter). by Green Solutions Heating and Cooling in Kent. Kyle Hess came out and assessed the space etc, and ordered the heat pump. Cole did the flawless installation with absolutely no disruptions or hassles. These guys know what they are doing. It looks great and works even better. We couldn't be happier. (And my back and checkbook are very appreciative.) Houseboats being smaller than the average home( Ours has 1000 sq ft of interior space and most have 500 t0 600 sq ft) they are ideal for heat pumps that can operate on 110-112, with 30 to 50 amp shore power. They heat and cool the interior space very efficiently. Ours came equipped with a remote control that programs the heating and cooling cycles with simplicity as well as sophistication in terms of timing etc. The outside unit is all but completely silent and the interior equipment is unobtrusive as well. We houseboat owners have a well-earned reputation for living lightly on the planet. And a modern, highly efficient heating and cooling system (it is also an efficient dehumidifier) is an economical alternative to burning propane or diesel fuel for heat. I am happy to be able to heat and cool our home while leaving behind a much smaller carbon footprint. Green Solutions has our highest recommendation."
