I had called multiple other HVAC companies to install a vent through a brick chimney and were having trouble finding someone who would even come take a look to see if they could tackle the project. John didn't hesitate and came out and talked to us to find the right solution. Once we were ready for the job we were able to schedule him within about two weeks and he called the day of to see if they could come a bit earlier than planned. I truly appreciate the quick and professional communication throughout the whole process. The guys that came with him to do the work were also professional and they got the job done quickly. "Overall the multiple projects went well. More costly than expected but we did receive some discounts which helped. The only one item I would mention is that we bought an incorrect faucet/drain combination. The tech replaced the drain components but since the faucet we had was designed to have a pull lever for the drain, and the one he used was a push down stopper, the hole where the pull up leveler would have gone stayed opened. It does not look good so we now need to live with it."

"I met with 2 or 3 reputable companies in addition to Wade prior to selecting Carrier and Wade for the job. The choice was an easy one. It began with Lonnie, Wade's sales rep. There was no pressure or hype with Lonnie. His communication skills are excellent. Over the course of our discussions, Lonnie prepared several revised proposals at my request as I honed in on what I wanted. Unlike any of the other bidders, Lonnie's proposals were very detailed with costs broken out for various components of the job. I knew exactly what I was buying, both in terms of equipment and services. Lonnie worked with me to reach a fair price. At my request, Lonnie coordinated directly with Air Duct Maintenance so the ducts were cleaned the day prior to the removal of the old furnace and installation of the new. The actual installation was done by Wade installer Ryan, with assistance from Dillon. You will not find a more professional or competent installer than Ryan. During the 2 days that he and Dillon were here, I happened to be working on a project on the same floor as the furnace. In those 2 days, I actually can't recall Ryan ever having a conversation about any topic other than my installation. He was laser focused on my installation. As part of his job, Dillon installed a new pad for the AC compressor. Every aspect of the job was done carefully and neatly. Following the installation, Ryan walked me through use of the new thermostat. He took his time, did not rush me through it and made sure I was satisfied. Finally, every one I have spoken with over the phone at Wade HQ has been friendly, accommodating and followed through when they said they would. If you are replacing your heating and cooling system, I would encourage you to consider Wade H&C. I'm glad I did."

I choose J.A. Sauer because I know that they will still be there when you need them. I recommend this company to everyone."

"The old air conditioner had finally died and needed to be replaced. The quoted price was right on the average for such a job. Not only did they get a quote to me quickly, they were able to complete the job before some others could even get me a quote. They did excellent work making the install tighter and neater than the old unit. I think the basement was cleaner after they left than it was when they started. Very happy!"

"My service was for 4pm.  They called and asked if they could come earlier and that was fine.  The technician was not much of a talker and seemed to be in some sort of rush and had a little bit of an attitude.  But he was here for about 45 minutes and he was able to fix the furnace and then he gave me some helpful advice at the end.  (New filters and New Thermostat)  The price ended up being $158 but they have a $25 off on Angies list.  Just so you know it costs $95 just for the tech to come out.
