He came in and got into the details of our electrical system. By the end of the visit he was covered in dust and had a few pages worth of notes for us. "It went very well. They did a good job. The cost was over $400. I don't know whether or not that's too high or not. I seldom have plumbers in so I can't say the cost was high, although I was surprised it was $400, but that could be the going rate. He seemed very agreeable and very happy. I needed something and he was happy to get it. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in that regard. As for the quality of their service, so far so good. Everything went okay. It stopped leaking."

"It was great. He was fine. He had a little bit of a problem with the weather. He couldn't finish it all in one day, but he came back. He couldn't come back the next day, but he even came on a Sunday and went ahead to fix it and it has been working fine. I paid the deal and then they charged me another $150 because there was a really rusty part of the heater and he showed me that, and it needed to be replaced. He basically put in a whole new system. I thought he was good. I thought it was a good price because I got the materials as well and he put the humidifier in, and he put the vapor in. He was great especially when he came on a Sunday. He was very punctual. He wanted to get the job done over the weekend so he did that. His responsiveness was good. As soon as I put the thing in, he got back to me and he told me he was coming over on one of the dates I have checked, and he was here. His professionalism was very good. He communicated everything to me, he actually showed me every part, and took it apart. When he was taking the heater and he had to put the new humidifier, he showed me the rust that was in there. When he took the piece out, I could see that it was really not functional anymore."

Heater repairs required a new and costly part that had to be ordered, but the tech laid it out for me to choose repair or replacement. A/C required coolant. So far, repair was a good choice. A cautionary word--furnace damage was probably due to improper maintenance of the previously installed humidifier. (Some companies do not even work with installed humidifiers, which I need)."
