JSW was able to beat my other quotes and was able to install immediately,, while other companies had a 4-6 week wait time. They even did the install on a Saturday as not to interfere with my work schedule. The day of the install Joe and Mike arrived on time and worked as a fine tuned pit crew, finishing ahead of the time stated. Everything needed was explained to me and a tutorial on my new thermostat was given as well as suggestions to get the most from my system. The system looks great, works great and most importantly, I feel I received great value. I would completely recommend JSW. I was a bit overwhelmed at the whole process of shopping around, getting quotes, etc. Once Joe arrived, I was put at ease. Bizarre electrical problems cropped up with both the washing machine fix and outlet replacement while he worked on them, but he persevered and was able to figure them out and resolve the problem. "Needed a digital switch installed. They did not have the switch when arrived. They put in a temporary until the correct one arrived which was a week and a half later. The 2 men were very nice and the job was done correctly. The 2 visits combined were only a total of 40 minutes. I was very disappointed when they handed me the bill for 612. Dollars. After calling other electricians, the job after the fact , the job should have been no more than 350.00 . If you should use them, get a price up front."
