The $199.00 fee they only looked for mold & tested the air quality. If they found any mold it cost a lot more to find out what type. He did say we had mold in our crawl space but not what kind, that cost more money. Overall good for what he did do."

They ran entire job, which raised my electricity bill considerably, since job took longer than expected because crew was called away two more times for other "emergencies." "I took advantage of Angie's List free home inspection for mold and water. Paul was to arrive at noon and called and asked if he could arrive at 11:30 which was fine. My husband and I were both home for the inspection and boy did we learn a lot. We felt that Paul was very knowledgeable. He reassured us that we don't have a big mold problem.
