"Our AC died last week and the first company provided us 3 replacement options. We selected the middle option ($16,000) and signed the contract, which provided us a 5 day cancellation period. Installation was scheduled for Friday. I solicited other companies quotes using the estimate provided by the first company and all declined stating I needed to schedule an appointment for someone to come out to take measurements, etc. Our inside temperature was 98 degrees. Advanced Environment Solutions provided us an unbinding estimate of $9,600. a better warranty and immediately dispatched a technician to take measurements and install a portable AC unit until the new one could be installed. Our unit was installed Friday. What a bunch of professionals! The team arrived at 6:30 am and were done by 11:00 am. To our surprise, we received a fruit basket from Advanced Enviroment Solutions the following day thanking us for selecting them! Who does is anymore? Hey competitors... "I wanted to use a locally owned electrical company, if possible, and was very happy to see the number of very good reviews for Evergreen Electric on Angie's list. I called early in the morning and Evergreen Electric was able to work me into their schedule on the same day which I was very grateful for due to the safety concerns of not having properly working smoke alarms in my house. Thad Sale and his assistant showed up at the appointed time and changed out the six smoke alarms very quickly. They also changed out one I had forgotten about (basement) while they were at my house. Also, Thad Sale gave me an estimate for a potential new electric project which seemed very reasonable. Evergreen was very professional and answered all my questions. The work was done very quickly and I feel much safer having properly working smoke alarms in my house. I would definitely call Evergreen Electric for my next electrical project.
